Made-up envelope probably from a school book registered to Lincoln, England franked with three (one ripped) 1000r of 1922 pictorial and handstamp surcharges from metal dies on a same issue strip of six 33,000 on 250r, two strips of three 66,000 on 2000r tied by Baku datestamps 31 August and 1 September Moscow transit cds’s.
