1916 French Submarine PoW from Belemedik Turkey to La Rochelle

France – Türkiye: 1916 (8 June). French formular card for prisoners of war from a French Submarine Mariotte sailor to La Rochelle at Belemedik struck by blue Ottoman Red Crescent and Red Cross PoW Agency, Geneva hand cachets, 17 August Geneva transit and 25 August arrival cds’s. He was captured in Dardanelles when Mariotte sunk on 26 July 1915.
