Cover imprinted Eşref Bitlis / Korgeneral (Lieutenant General of the Cyprus Turkish Peace Forces) franked with Turkish Cyprus stamps tied by Girne datestamp addressed to UNFICYP Chief of Staff, Nicosia. It has been refused for delivery endorsed illegal stamps in red and return to sender and received 30 May Lefkosa arrival cds.
