Folded part entire to Istanbul franked with Dulos type irregular perf. overprint and borders brown 20pa, two 1pi and 2pi of 1870 postage due stamps for single weight 4 1/2 piastres A.R rate, although can not be confirmed due to missing address front, tied by double circle SOFYA 81(A&P type 5) handstamps. Franked on arrival with 1pi same type Dulos stamp overprinted Sehir (City) and tied by 18 November oval Baghtce Capussi bilingual cancellation for delivery in Istanbul.
