1877 Greece Turkey Postage Due Cover

Greece – Turkey: 1877 (13 February). Stampless entire opened out for display to in Istanbul struck by Athens (1) datestamp, next day Syros (67) transit and 17 February Greek Post Office Konstantinopel (Tourkia) and Ottoman Constantinople * Turquie arrival cds’s. Cover franked with 60l Greek postage due on arrival to pay the double rate of single weight letter rate and tied by Konstantinopel (Tourkia) datestamp alongside struck by two different  “T” postage due cachets. ΔΠ marking suggests the sender pre-paid inland letter rate but taxed for international rate. Cover forwarded to Izmit and franked with pair of 1 ¼pi overprinted on 50pa Dulos stamps for double rate and tied by P.I.O (Poste Imperiale Ottomane) handstamps.
