1880 Turkey Kayseri Dulos Cover Armenian Monogram

Ottoman Empire: 1880 cover to Istanbul franked with 20pa of 1868 red border, 5pi blue of 1872 irregular perf. and two 1pi yellow of 1876 Dulos type stamps for 7 ½ pi 4 dirham (12,8gr.) weight and 100 to 200 route hours (it was 149 hrs) rate struck by triple box KAYSERİYE 81(vilayet Ankara, A&P type 3) hand cachets. Addressed in bilingual with an Armenian Monogram. Although rates standardised on 1879 after the UPU congress some parts of the Empire old rates based on hourly calculations were used.
