Germany: 1886 3pf underfranked cover from Weimar to Dorpat, Estonia, Russia with framed ‘T.’ handstamp on despatch and oval postage due handstamp on arrival, various manuscript charges on front, arrival backstamp but not delivered and returned with further Dorpat cds, on return blue wafer seal applied on opening the envelope to find senders address, two further blue wafer seals of Weimar Post Office applied to seal envelope. In poor condition, in two halves rejoined with tears at right side.
