Deutsche Palastine-Bank imprinted 1pi Turkish currency surcharged 20pf German postal stationery cover to Cologne uprated with REICHPOST inscribed 5pf, 10pf and 20pf German stamps tied by JAFFA DEUTSCHE POST datestamps. Reverse 5 January 1911 Milano, Italy transit and 7 January Cöln arrival cds’s as well as bank label. Lower left stamps either rearranged or replaced.
