Ottoman Greece: 1897 cover to Istanbul franked with 1pi and 2pi of 1892 coat of arms issue and tied by Dede Aghadj (vilayet Edirne, A&P type 4) bilingual handstamp and double circle“T” postage due handcachet. Revers on arrival franked with strip of four 20pa of 1892 postage due stamps (isfila 159) and tied by 21 May Pera cds’s. Only explanation of postage due is the weight since the rate for regular post up to 15gr was one piastre and there is no indication of registration.
