Registered A.R. cover to Istanbul franked with pair of 20pa and 2pi of 1892 coat of arms stamps for one piaster single weight internal letter, one piaster registration and one piaster acknowledgement fee rate tied by double circular YOZGAD 1313(vilayet Ankara, TR #5809, A&P type 5, RR) handstamps, on top YOZGAD – YOSGAT (TR #5803, A&P type 3, RRR) datestamp alongside Scutari arrival cds and rectangular ‘Iadeli Taahutlu’(acknowledgement receipt) hand cachet filled with reg. number by hand. Reverse Istanbul transit cds’s. Large clipped corner on left but still very scarce.
