Taxed on arrival with two triangular ‘T’ handstamp[s and affixed 10c postage due stamp tied by CONSTANTINOPLE – GALATA . POSTE . FRANC.SE datestamp. Some discolouring on card but usage of postage due stamp in Levant is very scarce.
