Russian Levant. 1911 (28 March) Stampless picture postard of a water carrier rom Jerusalem to Beirut franked on reverse with 28.3 dispatch and 31.3 ROPIT arrival date stamps. Only explanation for stampless usage is that card privately carried and cancelled by favour. Very unusual.
