Seyed Abdor Rahime Kachani) used by an Ottoman officer addressed to Istanbul franked with 20pa war overprint postage and 10pa war orphans tax stamps tied by SAHRA POSTASI 47 field post office datestamp, star & crescent type Baghdad censor cachet reads “Bagdad Askeri Sansür Heyeti 332”, 11 August Istanbul and Kiziltoprak arrival cds’s. FPO 47 located at Sheverin, Hamadan at that time. Endorsed on top left two lines “Hamadan – Şivarin / 2/7/1332”. Very rare and apparently only recorded. 2006 Nakri certificate. Retailed at $15,000.
