1918 Lebanon Tripoli 10pa Hagia Sophia Cover

Ottoman Lebanon: 1918 (23 August). Habib & Azar – Tripoli (Syrie) imprinted commercial cover to Cassel, Germany franked with pair of 20pa war opt internal use printed matter stamps of 1901 for one piastre letter rate and 10pa unissued St. Sophia (Ayasofya) Mosque pictorial stamp for war orphans tax tied by TRABLUSSAM – TRIPOLI-SYRIE 2 (vilayet Beirut, A&P type 8, R) datestamps and boxed Istanbul 43 censor handstamp. Reverse next day octagonal Homs 1 and 28 August Istanbul transit cds’s. There are very few covers with unissued 10pa recorded and all used in Istanbul. This is the only known usage outside Istanbul recorded. Possibly unique!
