Cilicia: 1919 (16 April). Cover to Istanbul franked with small CILICIE overprinted 20pa and two 20pa of 1916 Ottoman pictorial stamps tied by Adana 2 datestamps, on reverse CONTROLE POSTA – CILICIE censor cachet and 22 April Stamboul machine arrival cancellation. Very few Ottoman and Cilicie overprinted mix franking covers recorded. Rust spots on stamps and few on reverse does not retract the scarcity of the cover.
