Ottoman Turkey: 1919 (13 May). 20pa postal stationery card underfranked 20pa used in Istanbul to Pera struck by Fatih datestamp and circular ‘T’ postage due handstamp. On arrival charged double with 1pi of 1914 postage due stamp and tied by different type of ‘T’ handstamp alongside transit and 19 May arrival cds’s. Very scarce and seldom seen two different types of postage due cachet on cover.
