Ottoman Turkey: 1921 (4 June). Registered cover to Rome. Italy franked on reverse with 5pi of 1917 pictorial and 10pi type II overprinted Armistice of 1919 stamps tied by Istanbul 2 and same day dispatch cds’s. Believed to be the only cover with type II overprint recorded.
