Money order to Samsun franked with type I ‘Osmanli Postalari 1336’ handstamped single and a pair of 50pi yellow-brown previously overprinted red Ottoman Notarial fiscal, two pairs of 20pa and three 25pi Ottoman pictorial postage stamps tied by Iskilib (vilayet Kastamonu, A&P type 3 – R) bilingual datestamps.
