Lebanon: 1924 (13 November). ‘Murad J. Zagha’ imprinted registered airmail philatelic cover to Egypt franked with “GRAND LIBAN” 2p., 3p., 5p. and 10p. surcharged French stamps tied by Beyrouth RP. (Longo type 23) datestamps, endorsed ‘Via Bagdad, Port-Said’ and struck by boxed APRES hand stamp. Reverse 14 November Damas, next day Bagdad H.Q. and 24 November Port-Said and same day Alexandrie arrival cds’s. Murad Zagha was a reputable stamp dealer in Damascus.
