Following information supplied by an avid collector of the field:Sg 175c 3pi brown from the 10pi overprinting in which the 10pi cliché fell out and was replaced with a 1pi cliché. The 10pi overprinted stamp is stamp position 28 and overprint position 28, the 1pi “overprinted” stamp is stamp position 34 and overprint position 34. The 1pi stamp then appears to be Sg. 175 but in fact it should be described as Sg. 175c variety. These stamps were printed in 6 x 6 sheets and overprinted 6 x 6. In other words the 10pi overprint is the normal and the 1pi is the “error”.
