Hatay – Alexandrette: 1938 (20.9) cover opened out for display from Alexandrette (today Hatay, Turkey) to Denmark franked with four 2p.50 on 4pi surcharged and on reverse 0,50 and two 1p overprinted Syria stamps tied by dispatch and Alep transit cds’s. Stamps on front not cancelled. Still a very attractive and scarce cover to scarce destination. (SG.3, 5, 7)
