Registered commercial airmail cover to United States franked with single and a pair of 10g reddish violet perf. 11 definitive and 1/8g perf. 11 (rare perforation) Medical Aid Society charity tax stamps tied by Mecque datestamps (stamps fallen), censor label and Egyptian censor cachet. Reverse repeat of the dispatch, 10 March Djeddah transit, 26 & 27 June and 2 & 3 July arrival cds’s. Despite its faults a very rare commercial mail.
