Ottoman Turkey: circa 1875 cover to Hania, Crete (now Chania) franked with 20pa and 1pi of 1875 Dulos stamps for single weight of 1 ½ letter rate tied by triple box IZMIR(vilayet Aydin, A&P type 16) handstamp. Reverse no postal markings and repaired. 1pi stamp has small Arabic “ayn” in “Osmaniye” variety (Isfila 90). Very few documents with this error recorded.
