Türkiye: circa 1915 cover from a French prisoner of war sailor from the Saphir submarine at Sivas PoW Camp to Finistere, France struck by Istanbul censor cachet and scarce green rosette censor label. Also a postcard of the Submarine. Sunk in the Dardanelles Strait and only 14 survived. Rare.
